Peer Review Policy
SPIRAL Academic Press employs double-blind peer review for all research articles. Under this system, neither the authors nor the reviewers know each other's identities, ensuring impartial evaluation based solely on the merit of the work.
Each submission is assigned to an Associate Editor who selects a minimum of two qualified reviewers with relevant expertise. Reviewers are asked to evaluate manuscripts for originality, methodological rigor, theoretical contribution, clarity of presentation, and relevance to the journal's scope.
Reviewers are asked to provide their evaluation within 4–6 weeks. All reviewers must declare any potential conflicts of interest before accepting a review assignment. Reviewers who identify a conflict of interest after accepting an assignment must notify the editorial office immediately.
Possible decisions include: Accept, Minor Revision, Major Revision, or Reject. All decisions are communicated to authors with detailed reviewer feedback. Authors of rejected manuscripts may appeal editorial decisions by submitting a written response to the Editor-in-Chief.
